The only update I have done is to upgrade to the latest version of wordpress, I had been able to login if I used incognito mode but now cant access it whether Im in incognito or normal browsing. I will attempt to disable plugins and see which is causing a problem.

Using Version 1.4.2 of Bootstrap for Contact Form 7 and using Contact Form 7 Version 4.8, it does not render anything on my contact us page. When I deactivate Bootstrap for Contact Form 7 everything works fine, any idea when there will be an update ? Running WP Version 4.8

Yes, I have logged out and back in. I have cleared my cache along with the browser. It seems to have been since I first installed wordpress and installed a one page theme. I also checked my permissions and looks fine.

I didnt build it, just taking it over, its a custom theme built using a bootstrap theme.

Yes, I get the same message when trying to install any plugin. I tried a few different ones
