Thanks for the reply I have not resolved the issue, I downloaded the database of my website and installed a new wordpress on my localhost, I had to add the database of the website to my localhost, and did some little configurations and the website was working fine on my localhost, I could see the media library and access it. but when I deleted the wordpress installation files online (Server) and uploaded the new wordpress files online I could not see the Media Library Menu item.

thanks Cindy Cullen for taking time to look at my css file, i have resolved the issue i entered a pagination class and set the width to 300px. but i still dont see where the pagination width is 100px in my css file
