Yes i have had all recording scopes checked. .. also everything as far as App Credentials match .. SDK and app both activated.. its very strange.. the new plugin update always returns ‘no recording found..’ and the old plugin which I reverted back to, because that at least gets the old recordings to display, but not recent/future recordings?

you suggested go here : https://zoomdocs.codemanas.com/setup/#recordings and check the scopes.. on here the screenshots show everything unchecked.

So should all these settings be unchecked? because screenshots show that on your instructions page? Thanks again!

Hello. Im pretty sure I’ve set everything up right correctly because everything used to work.. this is shortcode im using :
[zoom_api_link meeting_id=”#####” link_only=”no”]
[zoom_recordings_by_meeting meeting_id=”#####” downloadable=”no”]
and only the recordings are not fetched when i update the plugin to the latest..if i use the old plugin it fetches most of my old recordings.. just not the latest..but if i update the plugin then it says no recordings found.. this is a recurring meeting btw..

I dont think you read my question.. i want a feature similar to the plugin for contact form 7.. but for “Simple Membership Plugin”.. basically i want to be able to add a shortcode to subscribe to any list anywhere on my website.

HI..that didnt seem to work.. i found that stretch section is the culprit.. i have disabled all plugins.. i have changed theme to default wordpress theme.. … but it has something to do with stretch section.. anyways thank you for your help..

Hello! I got it working! i See now.. the category is only revealed when u hover the mouse over it/ or in the URL as your pic shows…

I needed a stretch section for mobile.. i also found out if include a “spacer” element at 0 pixels in the section above then it fixes the section below from jump scrolling.. not sure why though

Thanks for getting back so quickly.
I tried all of the following. I changed the theme – and even with the 2021 default theme – the error was still there.. then i cleared out all the caches as mentioned.. server etc.. and still problem persists.

I also duplicated the page – and the page duplicate has the same issue.. as mentioned.. when the stretch section is enabled this problem occurs..

but when i disable it. it goes away.. there must be something conflicting.. but not sure because i have disabled all plugins .. except elementor..

My client does get an email upon completion of the zoom class from zoom which includes a link to the recording and a passcode… the passcode is different from the meeting code… the problem is.. how can i provide my users a shared recording without manually having to provide a passcode?

Yes, It says API connection is fine (plz see- https://ibb.co/3Y012Kv) . If I select to open via app it works fine.. Just gives above error when selecting browser.
