In reply to: [EWZ-Rating] ParseError thrownIt turned out that debug logging was not turned on for my site. I turned it on and did the update and everything worked great!
I thought I was going crazy but then I noticed that it at upgraded to 1.1.17. This version fixed the problem.
Thanks for your prompt reply and fix. I love the EWZ products.

In reply to: [EWZ-Rating] ParseError thrownI should note that the new version crashes my site. So the error message appears instead of the home page. … Not sure if that helps.

In reply to: [EWZ-Rating] ParseError thrownI downloaded it again and the error came up as soon as I activated the plug-in.
I deleted the plugin and installed the previous version and everything is fine.
The error-log under public_html showed no errors. Are there other locations that I should be looking at for further error information?

In reply to: [Bento] Login forms and user display gone after WP5.5 upgradeFor the parent menu items that contain no content, I am simply using a # in the url field when filling in the menu and it is generating the correct code with “#”. The Bento/WP code is correct when I search for .primary-menu .
I did have an error with .primary-menu when this all started but it went away at some point. It is hard to track what is responsible for actions as almost every plugin has come up with updates since the WP5.5 upgrade. I was dreading looking for an alternate theme as many themes are having issues since the upgrade.

In reply to: [Bento] Login forms and user display gone after WP5.5 upgradeAfter the Ultimate Member version 2.1.9 and the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle version 1.17.7 updates on Sept 9th and 10th, respectively, everything went back to normal. I looked at the change logs and can’t see why these would have made a difference.

In reply to: [Bento] Login forms and user display gone after WP5.5 upgradeI am having the same problem. Using Bento, UM and WP5.5.
If I do an “Inspect Element” the login form appears and I can log in. However, the user account profile does not appear with the “Inspect Element” on.
My login form was not showing up with WP5.5 and UM 2.1.7 (or 2.1.6).
From @karan1977
“When the page that contains the shortcode loads, it does not show the form.
But, when I right click and select “Inspect” the whole form suddenly shows up!”That is interesting; it also happens in Firefox. I’ll have to try using the Gutenburg block.
Currently, we are only using UM to login members.
I’m having the same problem. WP auto updated Aug 11th and UM auto updated Aug 12th. Can’t see the login form anymore.
