Ok, I give up. I have tried to get this issue resolved for over 1 month. There is a bit of response to my bug report in the beginning, but then no more answers. Despite me nagging several times.
The service used to be ok, but I am guessing this has now been outsourced to some low cost service somewhere. Yes, they fixed some of the problems I reported, but the main issue is still there. All tab cards under settings are blank for me.
I have the PRO license and so I thought that would give me some more service, but no. I cannot do business like this, my customers will not be happy. Hence I have cancelled my subscription, and I have found another tool that satisfies my needs in this area.

I see you have launched new versions of UDB, and they have fixed errors on other pages.
However, under the Settings page, the problems still persists, all tab cards are blank.
You support messages leads me to believe you are not able to replicate the error, is this correct?
Have you verified the problem? Have you tried in both Chrome and Firefox, on both Windows and Mac (I run on a Mac)?

Ok, I have created a ticket for this with you. It is KSH-WZLZZ-562. I have also sent you all screenshots, and the file referred to in the console error.

Hi. Thanks for the swift update. I tested now, and there is no change. I even upgraded to WP 6.7 to test (usually I wait until there is a 6.7.1 or 6.7.2 out), but no change. I have reported this before to you in a ticket, but I will do an elaborate test this afternoon and enter it with all screenshots so you can see all the details of where this goes wrong, there are references to files, line numbers and libraries in the console error messages.

I am wondering about the same. I simply cannot see how to do this in the form editor. How do you assign a readonly, hidden static category to a new post form?
