To deactivate the ModSecurity in cPanel while I updated the email templates, did the trick. ?? ?? After hours searching for a solution and trying a lot of stuff I found your reply here https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/customizing-mail-templates-not-possible/ and it worked! You made my day. ??

Hi.

In stead of the page title, you need to use the number of the page.

In admin panel, click on “Pages” so of all your pages are listed.

Then hold the mouse cursor on the Page title and you will see the WP link to the page on the status bar at the bottom on the page left side.

Example: https://yourpage.no/wp-admin/post.php?post=5&action=edit

The number is displayed after the text “post=”. As 5 is in my example. Use that number in the page list and not the page title. ??
