    Hi Renee,

Thank you for your quick response.

I was able to get the PHP error logs, and there have been no errors in the past week, and this issue came up in the past 24 hours or less.

I did rename the existing directory and reinstalled the Site Kit plugin. It seems to have worked. Somehow, I did not even have to authorize it, it already knew who I was and set everything up on its’ own. Seems to be running correctly.

Basically, there’s User 1 and User 2. User 1 originally set up Site Kit and originally set up Analytics as well. I would like to change the Owner of everything to User 2, both Site Kit and Analytics.

Both accounts are called Owner accounts by Google.

For question 2, I don’t exactly know what you mean. I logged out of User 1 and logged into User 2 in Site Kit.

I have submitted the site health info as requested.

Just to follow up, this is one of the error messages:

    “Insufficient permissions in Analytics
Your Google account does not have sufficient permissions for this Analytics account, so you won’t be able to see stats from it on the Site Kit dashboard. This service was originally connected by an administrator — you can contact them for more information.”

Even though is lists the new account as an Owner.

@jamesosborne Hi there! I deleted the plugin and reinstalled it, then activated it. I was able to install it without any problems. It seems to be working well so far.

I will let you know if there any further problems. Thank you so much for following up on this.

Yes, my hosting provider said that it was a ModSecurity issue, and that the only way I could get around it would be to login to my cPanel and temporarily disable ModSecurity and then attempt to install the plugin.

My problem is that I’m looking for plugins that work like 99% of every other plugin, and just plain work, without requiring a lot of extra steps, and extra technical knowledge, in order to use them.

I really that your team is able to resolve whatever these security issues are, as I truly do want to use this plugin.

    Thanks!

    Hi again!

As a follow-up, I deactivated Elementor Pro, and the comment box finally appeared. Not sure what the issue is then.

I never heard back from them, so I deactivated it.

You’re right. Took me a bit, but I found a way to do it without a plugin.

    Thanks!

I’ve tried using a different plugin called Secondary Title, but am having the same problem.

    Thread Starter northern121212

    (@northern121212)

Sorry, I realize I left out that part of it.

I’m using another plugin, called “List Category Posts”, which is a shortcode I put on a page, so that it displays excerpts of posts for a particular category.

I realize there may be some sort of conflict between the two plugins.

The URL is https://humanservicesandjustice.ca/education-and-resources/library/policing – it’s very early in development.

I was just about to ask this. I’d love to have a line break between each post in the list. It looks very cluttered without it.
