I have submitted the ticket.

When I try to create an account on your site in order to submit a ticket via the Basic Question link, I am taken to your Pricing page.

I went to the Contact page link you provided, but when I click the Create An Account link, it takes me to the plugin’s Pricing page.

Nevermind. I was able to fix the issue. Though, it appears there is a coding error within the theme.

I had to add this as an override within Custom CSS in order for content to show.

By default, display was set to “none”, which is something that needs to be addressed.

While, when I set the gallery to 4 videos across it centered OK, this code snippet tightened it better and centering should now should work regardless of how many videos are in each row.

Well, I was able to get the image link to actually link.

However, whenever the link is clicked, it does not go to the person’s Single Page page, but to a random posting on the site.

Is the correct structure of the Single Page URL https://www.domain.com/bio/persons-name ? That is not made clear in the plugin’s backend.

After speaking with the client, we think it would be better to use SendGrid instead of Big Black Bag. As that is better known client and has a lot more tools.

I contacted you a week ago and have yet to hear back.

I also tried reverting back to the original plugin version that I was using that worked, and it also is now not saving any projects. Though, it will save albums.

I suppose maybe another plugin that was updated could have caused the issue. I am not 100% sure.

I was already using the latest version. (4.0.0). The error still persists.

Also, I cannot see anyway to integrate any sort of payment system with any template. Either via the plugin or via the simplybook.me website.

When an individual bio is clicked on, it generates a popup window that is grayed out and freezes the current browser window. You cannot click on anything within the browser data area or even use the Back and Forward buttons. The only way to get out of it is to close the browser tab.

Since this plugin has not been updated in nearly a year, I have a feeling that the only solution will be going back to a previous version that worked properly. Because, I know earlier versions did not do this.

The widget creates it’s own folder called jetpack-widget-visibility-extended.

You will need to remove that folder as well, to get rid of the fatal error and make the site accessible again.

I got the same error myself.

I have noticed the same thing since updating one client site to version 3.7.x. Other client sites that have the same version show the Focus Keyword box and tool icon. I am wondering if this might be a theme issue.
