In reply to: [Sales Report Email for WooCommerce] Great PluginHey Zorem,
When I send a test email. It works fine. But not when I receive the automated email at a set time. Even though the categories are selected, the report does not include it. But if I click on the send test email right away, it includes it again. So, the automated email is not including the categories. The products works fine. Just the categories.

In reply to: [Sales Report Email for WooCommerce] Great PluginHey Zorem,
What screenshot would you like me to send you? The only thing I can send is the email I received. Please let me know. I would like to purchase the pro version. But I need this to work properly. Talk soon.

In reply to: [Star CloudPRNT for WooCommerce] Custom fields@lawrenceowen I managed to get the sub-total by just doing a (-) calculation of the total and taxes. I just could not get it directly from woocommerce. I checked the order items database table and woocommerce does not write a separate sub-total line. it just does a page calculation and sends it to the email. so for me to get that to print was going to be a lot more work. So, that’s what i did with that.
I also had a tip field from checkout add-on plugin which i wanted to get from. Hopefully with the new plugin, that could work. Will keep you posted after some testing.
Delivery, Pickup, Bank Transaction ID all seem to work fine with my customization of the order-handler page. I did heavily customize the page. Love it! Just wanted the custom fields to work seamlessly. Which could happen with the new version.

In reply to: [Star CloudPRNT for WooCommerce] Custom fieldsHey @mikerutherford108 another question. I added a tip functionality to the order and cannot seem to get the value printed on the receipt. Have you worked on anything of that sort?
Yes. if you have an email i can send you a screenshot of my API settings. But it’s correctly selected.
ChIJj_6Ss50PzkwRA-5FC4nMNUU is the place ID. it does recognize in plugin and the business name shows greyed out next to the place ID in the plugin.
Thanks for looking in to this. Much appreciated.
@designextreme Billing account had been setup long ago. not today. Not really sure about what you say about inclusive allocation.
Error: Your Google API Key is not valid for this request and permission is denied. Please check your Google API Key.
Still getting that error.
Hey @designextreme. I just double checked again and there’s a billing account associated with the Google account as well. not sure what the issue is. Any suggestions?
This plugin did work fine until the recent update 4 days ago.
1. Yes, it matches the IP.
2. I’m using the free account. Should I still have the billing details?
3. Yes, it’s listed in the Place ID.The Link is: https://qualitymf.ca/testimonials
As you notice. The latest review from today has not synchronised.
Hey @designextreme I am having the same issue. I’ve followed all the steps as you had mentioned about the IP, It does not synchronize. gives me an error:
Error: Your Google API Key is not valid for this request and permission is denied. Please check your Google API Key.
I checked it multiple times and all settings are correct.

In reply to: [Star CloudPRNT for WooCommerce] add fields to the receiptThank you so much @mikerutherford108. Really appreciate it. I’ll test it out and keep you posted. I’m struggling to get the subtotal to show up on the receipt. For some reason, it does not show up. Have you had any luck with that?
