Thanks much @williampatton . That is very kind of you to take the time to answer. Okay. So I guess I will do it client-side by inserting between head and /head: <meta http-equiv=”refresh” content=”1;url=https://example.com” /> . Actually, I hear a Javascript delayed redirect is preferable, but this metatag approach is so simple, I’m going to go with that for now. (unless any readers want to educate me further).

    Thanks again William!

Thanks for the answer! My site (4upgo.com) uses a rather elaborate theme (applay) and Visual Composer, so I understand you to be saying, I should go into the HTML to edit meta-title, meta-description, meta-keywords on each page. Can/should I use the following Yoast plugin features found on each page: “edit snippet,” “focus keyword”? Can/should I use the Yoast dashboard settings for: “enable advanced settings for site-wide settings for your titles and meta descriptions”, “Company info” (website name, company name), webmaster tools (google search console, etc.). Thanks so much for your help!
