For some reason when I made the change that Sushil suggested it did bring back the contact banner image but it removed the home page banner. No banner can be placed on the home page at all now. It should have this slider on this test page within the same site, https://www.sixmilebaptistchurch.org/testpage/
Widget is correctly setup using the Jetpack Visibility or else I wouldn’t be able to post different images on different pages.

Ok, Sushil. That brought back the banner image for the contact page but I’m still missing the slider for the home page. Keep in mind that just as I’ve said before, everything was working great before the theme upgrade so that should explain that I’m using the Jetpack plugin to show the images within the banner on the pages that I want.

I do not understand why you marked this topic as resolved when it is not. The issue is still there. Further more, you didn’t even check to see if the issue was corrected prior to marking it resolved.

Updated first thing this morning. Changes… banner on the home page, no banner on the rest of the pages regardless of what I place in the widget area. I’ve removed the CSS rule above which should have brought back the image in the banner on the contact page.

As far as the banner image is concerned, I’ve only got an image on two pages using the Jetpack/Visibility function. I have nothing for the remaining pages as I do not want images on any of those.

I understand what the banner is etc but did something change with the last update that now requires a banner to be on every page? We do not want a banner on every single page, only on two, the home page (slider) and contact page (map). All other pages we wanted no banner.

BTW, We are using the Jetpack module but the theme defaults the New York street image on the pages that we don’t want banners at all.

I too have the same issue. Apparently with the newest update it either overwrote the setting or something was changed without notification. My site uses the slider banner for the home page. all other pages are without a banner except the contact page. It has it’s own separate banner.

I’m assuming the widget is by widget only. It works just the same as a footer. If noting is placed in the widget area, the green doesn’t show.

So in other words, there is still no way for it to automatically post the tags from an individual album/gallery?

Seems as if there should be a way to do that.

That is by using the Visual Editor option and selecting Tag Cloud.

Tried to do what? I’ve tried this:

Both do the same thing, pull ALL tags from ALL images. I only want them to pull the tags from for each respectable album.

I am a little confused as what the main difference is between an alum and gallery is. I’ve read what they are on the site so I’m pretty sure I understand the differences. I might be completely off though.

You’ll notice one of the tags, “Harold”. Harold should not be listed because it is in a different album, Beaty not Best.
