@tizz You are correct until the end. While my problem is different, I would still like to see a list of short codes which is what the OP asked for in the beginning.

I also would like to have a full list or at least the site updated to show them like it states. I’ve had a question on here for awhile now and it has gone unanswered. The ATP doesn’t allow everything that a shortcode is able to do. Here is a link to my question.

I’ve went back over the settings. Nothing has changed but The only thing that has anything to do with digest is, Include sticky at the top of all digest notifications, it is set to no. The post is a private post that the one user has rights to. so my settings are as follows.

Restrict: 1
Send Admin: Both
Include theme: Yes
Send email for page: No
Send email for PW Protect Posts: Yes
Send email for Private Post: Yes
Include Sticky: No
Send email from: “my site email”

Send emails: Half Hour
The times are correct.

For digest notifications: Descending

As far as the registered Users tab. I have the only tag/category check for that single private post. I do not use the site as a blog so therefor I do not use tags and categories except for this single post.

Compulsory Categories: Bulletin
Excluded: all but bulletin
Exclude formats: none checked
Auto Subscribe options are all No.

It sent out everything and even sent out one regular message. Now even when I switch back the post to draft, save, then publish it, nothing is sent.
When I look through the email log, nothing is there that it has tried to send.
I am able to manually send messages. I only have two people subscribed myself & another user. That is all that I will have.
Nothing has changed other than WP update and other plugin updates. Nothing though that I would think that should stop it from sending.

I guess it would help to give the site/page address.

Thank you for looking into this. I hate that they wrote their program that way. I could understand it if they wanted to make it a free versus paid option.

I’ve re-indexed and all of those tags are in the 25 most common. In fact, it also sees the image names that I haven’t changed/updated yet with titles or descriptions. An example of one of those would be the word, untitled. It has found 2465 of that said word but nothing populates when searched.

So even though it shows all the image tags in the 25 most common list, it will not report them in the free version? I just want to make sure I understand correctly.
What I do not understand is why NextGen would be created without the ability to search the images. Everything is there in order to be searched. Just makes sense to me to have it built in.

That’s strange because it is seeing the tags. It simply will not find them as a search result.

There are some search plugins available that are suppose to integrate with the built-in WP search. However, not all themes play well with the plugins. They are able to grab the description, tags and title of the images and post them just as a regular search. You must setup the search plugin what to search for and all of NextGEN’s info is not public thus the reason the basic WP search can not find it.
I don’t know why basic search functionality wasn’t built into NextGEN to begin with. Why allow tags and everything else if one can’t search for it?

Not to jump in front of @yingkie, I’m having the same issue. I’ve tried numerous search plugin but none seem to find my images. I can use the gallery search plugin but that only allows me to search. I would like to allow my visitors to search.
