Hi, I think you have cured it.

We have had three orders via PayPal payment since disabling the Skip review page. The three orders contained all of the order information in the notification email and the backend of WooCommerce. They all included the often missing Order Extra, Notes, phone number and email.

The Skip review page option is now disabled.

We do use a third-party plugin for the Courier Authority To Leave. It does create the additional field with the radio buttons. The plugin is Checkout Fields Manager for WooCommerce.

Will let you know the outcome of the next couple of Paypal orders.

Hi, I have another problem

PlugIn Conflict – Checkout Fields Manager for WooCommerce & WebToffee PayPal Express Checkout Payment Gateway for WooCommerce ( Free )

We have added radio buttons to our checkout page via the Checkout Fields Manager plugin. The radio buttons are for Courier Authority To Leave and they are a required field.

The plugin works perfectly with credit card orders which are paid via our banks api.

All of the information from the radio buttons and the Notes phone numbers and email addresses appears on the emails and the backend of woocommerce

However, when paypal is used via the Web Toffee plugin for the purchase, the information for the Authority to Leave, sometimes email and sometimes phone number is not recorded in the backend or the notification email.

On odd occasions, it will record all details when using paypal.

Any suggestion will be gratefully accepted.

thank you, thank you, thank you. I downloaded the pro version from the link you sent, activated it, and did a dummy order.

Everything now works as it did before. The ORDER EXTRA appears in the email notification and in the Woo Commerce orders.

PS I also have a note that appears at the bottom of the page, that is still there and never disappeared like the other features.

Yes, I have the latest plugin version and turned off a number of the plugins and added one by one. No change still adding the php_errorlog every 40 seconds or so.

Deleted all the errorlog entries – 385,000. Still receiving same error message every 30 – 40 seconds.

those two values are repeated a couple times a day without relation to any frontend or backend actions.

Am hesitant with changing theme on live site.

Deleted all the errorlog data from a new staging site and played around with the site and a small number of errorlogs (38 lines about 40 seconds apart) appeared after some time. Left it a few days, emptied again and not appearing after 10 minutes.

the errorlog is not affecting the live site, just adding the message. there are no other error messages(apart from the exception error) appearing on the php_errorlog, now that I have deleted all the errorlog data.

Hi, solved my problem
In the line under the woocommerce settings, there are 2 paypal dropdowns. On the staging site, both were filled in with the 3.6 percent Paypal Surcharge and enabled.

On the live site only one was filled in. I added the info to the settings, enabled the second one and the paypal surcharge appears at the cart and the checkout.

any chance of a clue to where I would find the specific image class used in the email designer for the Kadence plugin.

I used the inspector on an email and added the following classes to exclude classes from lazy-load – no joy

currently I have turned off Lasy Load Media and the emails are fine. I turned it back on to test with the classes above same problem as before

I went into the plugin editor and had a look at assets/css but my technical ability was not up to figuring out which class would be likely to control the wp_kpses you mentioned.

My problem is with variable products and variations.

When i create a variable product and make a duplicate mistake for the sku on one of the variations, it accepts the sku and then when you save, it changes the sku you have entered to the mother sku.

If you are correcting a mistake on a variation sku, it will accept the new sku and you can save it. If that new sku you have entered is a duplicate sku, it will change the sku back to the original one.

How about a warning as soon as you add the Sku that is a duplicate so that you don’t go all the way through.
