Hi @hibans
Thanks for reaching out!
We’re happy to look into this a little further for you! Can you provide us with your LifterLMS System Report (please be sure to redact any urls or emails you don’t want public) and a Lesson url/title that should be showing up on a search but isn’t?
Let us know if you have any further questions!
All the best,Hi @alirezam500
Thanks for reaching out!
At this time, we do not have a way to dynamically grab the title of the course for certificates. These have to be added manually.
With Elementor you should just be able to enable their settings under Elementor->Settings to work with the LifterLMS custom post types course and lesson.
Let us know if you have any further questions!
All the best,Hi @lifesgood
Thanks for reaching out!
We’ve added your request to our product team’s development board so they can have a look at possibly adding this integration to LifterLMS in the future!
Thank you again for your feature request!
Let us know if you have any further questions.
All the best,
An option can be added to the checkout shortcode to enforce one column! If you head into your checkout page you can copy and paste this version of the shortcode:
[lifterlms_checkout cols="1"]
Please let us know if you have any further questions!
All the best,
Since I haven’t heard back from you in a week I’m going to mark this thread as resolved. Don’t worry, if you have more questions or still need help just hit reply and let me know!

- There is no difference if I set collapse to false or true. What does this parameter supposes to do?
Collapse, if true, will make the outline sections collapsible via click events. - Toggles are always there despite the parameter toggles set to false.
If true, will display “Collapse All” and “Expand All” toggles at the bottom of the outline. Only functions if “collapse” is true.
To not have toggles you will want to just use: [lifterlms_course_outline course_id=”2322″]

All the best,
You can remove the membership section from the dashboard with these steps: https://lifterlms.com/docs/how-to-remove-the-lifterlms-sections-on-the-dashboard-page/

All the best,
When using a caching plugin you’ll want to be sure to exclude LifterLMS content.
LifterLMS content is all dynamic, which is why you will notice many parts of LifterLMS break when being subjected to a cache that is expecting static content.
If you reach out to Stripe they should be able to help you exclude the LifterLMS pages: Dashboard, Course Catalog, Membership Catalog, and Checkout. Along with the post types course, lesson, and quiz.

Hi @dima852
Since this is a question about a premium/paid product WordPress does not allow us to answer this question in the forums.
Instead for LifterLMS WooCommerce you’ll want to open a ticket through your account with us at LifterLMS.com.
Thank you for understanding!
All the best,
Hi @omahoung
Are the courses set up on different pages, or is there only one course but the language can be changed?
What I’m trying to understand is if this could be an issue from seo where it is ignoring the language change to try and steam line the site, or is the purchase page should have a switch language option but isn’t allowing that to happen.
If you could clarify for me, I’ll take a look at the issue!
All the best,
Hi @omahoung
Thank you for the video! This looks like a possible plugin conflict or javascript error.
To get to the source of what is going wrong with the lessons here we’d recommend enabling your debugging logs: https://lifterlms.com/docs/how-to-debug-a-white-screen/#log This will tell you exactly what the error is when you hit that white screen.
We also have steps here on troubleshooting a plugin conflict to figure out the source: https://lifterlms.com/docs/troubleshooting-with-lifterlms/#disable-plugins
Let us know if you have any questions on these steps!

Hi @dima852
If the user has already been unenrolled from the course and want to register again they can.It is just if they are still enrolled in the course and try to enroll again there is not a way to override the original enrollment trigger at this time.
This upgrade/extension feature is something on our development team’s radar for future development, but at this time for a user to extend access it can either be done manually, or after they’ve already been unenrolled.
Let us know if you have any further questions.
All the best,
Hi @dima852
To extend access you can change the enrollment status in the order. On the order page, under the initial user information you will see the product list. On the product list you will have to option to set the user back to enrolled.
Alternatively, you can also update the order status itself back to active, and push out the final payment period to the extended date. The active status will set the user back to enrolled, and the final payment date will set when the access will end in the future.

Thank you for reaching out!
We’ve opened an issue with our development team to have a look at the issue you’ve described here, and figure out how to move forward with any updates.
Thank you for bringing this to the team’s attention! If you notice any further issues with the template please do let us know!
