Hi @kate4604,
I’m sorry you’re having this issue!
Can you send us a copy of your system report: https://lifterlms.com/docs/how-to-use-the-lifterlms-system-report/ following these guidelines: https://www.ads-software.com/support/forum-user-guide/faq/#i-need-to-post-code-is-that-okay or at least let us know what theme you’re using so we can try and replicate the issue to figure out how to best help you?
Additionally, if you could send us screenshots through a service (Dropbox, Drive, Imgur, CloudUp, etc…) and post a link to your screenshot that would be helpful as well!
Once we can see and hopefully replicate the issue (or at least see if there’s an obvious conflict we can help you with) we can give you instructions on how to correct it!
Let us know if you have any further questions!
Thanks and take care,
Hi @0rbita,
I apologize for the delay in response! We try our best to make sure we get through all the support tickets and I’m so sorry this slipped through the cracks!
I’m also glad you were able to get some help with this!
Also, yes we have seen issues with SG Optimizer. With caching plugins there are some pages that you will want to make sure to exclude to make sure LifterLMS functions properly.
There is some information on this here: https://lifterlms.com/docs/caching-issues-faqs/ if you either turn off SG Optimizer or make sure to exclude the pages listed in that document this should help with student access!
Let us know if you have any further questions and again I apologize for missing this post!
Thanks and take care,
Hi @ilse88,
Seeing that you have LifterLMS WooCommerce, you might find it more beneficial to submit an official support ticket https://lifterlms.com/docs/get-support/ ! This will let us help you a lot more in depth than on the forums since there’s not a whole lot we can do without being able to see what the issue is with either screenshots or a link.
However, that said your LifterLMS WooCommerce is very out of date. This is the reason the products are no longer connecting: https://d34dpc7391qduo.cloudfront.net/changelogs/lifterlms-integration-woocommerce.html You’ll need to add LifterLMS Helper: https://lifterlms.com/docs/lifterlms-helper/#installation which will also let you activate your license!
That said, we are happy to help in the forms as well. When you tried the forms in incognito were you going to direct links or were you able to navigate through your site to get to it?
If you could give us the steps you’re taking and the settings you have enabled we can try to recreate the issue on a test site to troubleshoot as well!
Let us know if you have further questions!
Thanks and take care,
Hi @lifesgood,
I apologize again for the long delay in response!
Thank you for the screenshot!
It looks like there is a javascript error with CKEditor. Are you using CKEditor and if so is there a way you can turn it off to see if this removes the javascript error and gets Easy Google Fonts loading correctly?
If you’re not able to get around that javascript error let us know!
Thanks and take care,
Hi @bash88,
Unfortunately, we still do not have a way to make lessons temporarily available.
You can do this with the whole course, but not in lessons.
That said you can use a plugin like this: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/post-expirator/ to set an expiration for the lesson and how you’d like to have that lesson to expire (set the lesson to private/draft/delete)
I did a quick test to make sure it would work with Lesson post-types and it looks like it does, so this might be a usable work around if you want to test it further.
I hope this helps!
Let us know if you have further questions!

Hi @apal73940,
I’m sorry you’re having this issue!
However, it looks like you’re using LearnDash on this site. Trying to use both LearnDash and LifterLMS at the same time can and will cause issues as the two are not compatible with each other. If you need a place to build courses in LifterLMS while your live site stays with LearnDash courses please consider using a staging site: https://lifterlms.com/docs/staging/
Additionally, you will want to make sure that all of your system requirements are up to date: https://lifterlms.com/docs/minimum-system-requirements-lifterlms/ if you’re using PHP below 7.2 or WordPress below 5.1 you may run into issues with performance.
If you have further questions for us can you please post a copy of your LifterLMS System Report along with your question. Also note, when posting your report, please follow the www.ads-software.com forum guidelines for posting code.
Thanks and take care,
Hi @lifesgood,
Thank you for the screenshots!
I’m sorry that fix didn’t work on the main site!
Can you provide us with a list of the other plugins that are active on the main site? The red in the console means there’s Javascript errors.
Since the test site only had two plugins active, and was able to function properly after a hard reset, I’m wondering if there’s some conflict between LifterLMS and a separate plugin on the main site.
We’ll get to the bottom of this for you!
Let us know if you notice any further issues!
Thanks and take care,
Hi @lifesgood,
I apologize for the delay! Thank you for the screenshots and details!
We were trying to dig into this problem and do some testing! We think there is likely a Javascript error happening on the page that is causing the glitch with the slider.
There is some information here on how to use your browser to diagnose javascript errors: https://www.ads-software.com/support/article/using-your-browser-to-diagnose-javascript-errors/ could you send us a screenshot of what you see on the console when you open the slider?
Let us know if you have any questions about this process that we can help with!

Hi @chukreeva95,
I’m sorry you’re having this issue!
Can you provide us a copy of your System Report: https://lifterlms.com/docs/how-to-use-the-lifterlms-system-report/ using the WordPress guidelines for posting code: https://www.ads-software.com/support/forum-user-guide/faq/#i-need-to-post-code-is-that-okay and also screenshots of the issue you’re seeing using a service (Dropbox, Drive, Imgur, CloudUp, etc…) and post a link to your screenshots.
This sounds like it’s maybe an issue with screen size. On the quiz editing page, if you collapse the General Setting section to make more space on the page are you able to then scroll down and expand the multiple choice section?
Let us know if you have further questions!

Hi @msjenniferdawn,

Just looking at your shop page it doesn’t look like you have any courses set up at all. I also don’t see a course catalog or membership catalog that would be associated with LifterLMS. Do you have all the required pages set up for LifterLMS to work: https://lifterlms.com/docs/lifterlms-required-pages/
If so this may be a plugin conflict, but I’d need to see the System Report to tell what could be happening!
If you can provide us with this information we can look into the issue further!

Hi @romanbritons,
To change it in the Dashboard navigation settings you can go to LifterLMS->Settings->Account and change the My Grades endpoint.
Unfortunately, to change the other wording you will have to use something like LocoTranslate. We have some information on this here: https://lifterlms.com/docs/how-do-i-customize-the-text-of-lifterlms-buttons-and-more/
I apologize for the inconvenience!
Let us know if you have any further questions!

Hi @jurasjo,
Are you using the most recent version of WordPress’s editor?
If so there are settings built into the builder that allow you to hide or show content blocks based on enrollment/non-enrollment status.
Otherwise, a plugin like this: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/advanced-access-manager/ might be helpful to accomplish the displaying content only to visitors vs enrolled.
I hope this helps!

Hi @freitesjose,
At this time I cannot discuss the exact details of the issue, but every version before 3.35.0 must be updated to the latest version.
Let us know if you have any further questions for us!

Hi @lifesgood,
Thank you for the screenshots and system report!
I tested LifterLMS with Google Fonts and didn’t encounter the same issue on a test site. This may mean that it has to do with something in the theme. If you turn Google Fonts off while leaving LifterLMS on do you see the same issue?
Can you provide a screenshot of the settings you have for Google Fonts as well? Does it make a difference with the settings in Google Fonts being set or is it just with the plugin turned at all.
Let us know if it helps to match the settings or if the conflict exists with just LifterLMS turned on and we will continue to investigate!
Thanks and take care,
Hi @lifesgood,
I’m sorry you’re having this issue!
We are happy to look into this for you if you can provide us with screenshots about what you’re seeing and the steps you’re taking to encounter this issue so we can attempt to recreate it on our test sites? Just a heads up to attach screenshots you will have to use a service (Dropbox, Drive, Imgur, etc…) and post a link to your screenshot.
Additionally if you could give us a copy of your LifterLMS System Report that would be helpful as well for us to rule out any other conflicts that could be impacting your issue! Here is a guide for finding your system report here: https://lifterlms.com/docs/how-to-use-the-lifterlms-system-report/. Also when posting your report, please follow the www.ads-software.com forum guidelines for posting code here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/forum-user-guide/faq/#i-need-to-post-code-is-that-okay.
