In reply to: [LifterLMS - WP LMS for eLearning, Online Courses, & Quizzes] Creating ZapThanks for reaching out and we’re sorry to hear you’re having this issue!
The LifterLMS Zapier integration is still in Beta. We’re hoping for Zapier to approve us soon so that we can address functionality issues.
However, at this time there is a security patch to the REST API that the integration relies on which has removed the ability for Zapier to fetch user data so the LifterLMS + Zapier connection currently won’t work with interacting with student data directly.
Our developers are aware of the issue, but we do not yet have a patch avaliable to fix the issue.
Our apologies for the inconvenience.
Please let us know if you have any further questions!
All the best,
Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out!
We can absolutely add this as a feature request for our production team to look into adding in a future update!

Hi @ion7
Were you able to get your checkout working?
We had a look at the website linked above and it looks like the checkout is up and running now!
Please let us know if you have any further questions!
All the best,
Hi @dainhumain
It sounds like there could be some caching with those browsers that are loading the view from before the CSS was added. Do you have a caching plugin on site that allows you to clear this out?
Another fix you could use is adding !important to the class:
.llms-lesson-preview .llms-lesson-link { color: #fefefe !important; }
For the lesson navigation buttons you can use this CSS to change the color. We grabbed the same color as the mark complete button but you can change this to better fit your design as well!
.llms-course-nav.llms-back-to-course { background: #aaaaaa; } .llms-course-nav.llms-prev-lesson { background: #aaaaaa; } .llms-course-nav.llms-next-lesson { background: #aaaaaa; }
Let us know if you have any further questions or continue having issues with Edge and Firefox!
All the best,
Hi @okadus,
We don’t have a way to check if a user has completed a lesson and then send an email if they haven’t in x amount of days, unfortunately.
However, you can create reminder emails with the custom engagement function that can send on a delay from enrollment. We have a guide to this in our LifterLMS documentation here: https://lifterlms.com/docs/engagements-overview/
Please let us know if you have any further questions!
All the best,
Hi @kbtwen,
Since you’ve purchased a LaunchPad through LifterLMS.com please open a new support request from your LifterLMS.com account dashboard.
WordPress does not posting in these forums for commercial products.
We are definitely happy to help! Just head on over to your LifterLMS account and submit a support request from your account dashboard.
Best,

Hi @mixweb
Unfortunately, we do not have a way to add the enrollment date to the certificate.
I can absolutely add this as a feature request for our engineering team to look into adding in a future update.
Apologies for the inconvenience.
All the best,
Hi @waqasnu1
Thank you so much for this clarifications.
This sounds like there is a plugin conflict that is interfering with the course builder.
If you have a staging site where this issue is replicated we recommend using that site to figure out where the conflict is coming from!
We have the steps for locating conflicts here: https://lifterlms.com/docs/troubleshooting-with-lifterlms/#disable-plugins
If you have any questions on this process please let us know!
All the best,
Hi @emos123
We, unfortunately, don’t have a way to set hours or minutes for drip at this time. You can set exact date an hour if you want to drip on a specific date, but not for X time after enrollment.
The ability to break down to hour and minute for drip is on our feature request board for future development! However, we do not have a workaround in the meantime.
Apologies for the inconvenience!
All the best,
Hi @waqasnu1
Thank you for the screenshots!
How were the lessons attached to the course? Was this done in the builder itself but now that content has disappeared?
Was this course cloned at any point or exported from another site?
If you add the section and the lessons back in the builder and save, does the content remained saved or does it disappear again the next time you open the builder?
If you can let us know the closest recreation steps you can find we can look into recreating the issue locally as well!
Let us know if you have any further questions!
All the best,
Hi @pavelkoko
We know for sure iThemes will work with LifterLMS. They created an integration with LifterLMS through their platform.
We cannot be sure of any other third party security plugins, you would want to check these on a staging site first before implementing them.
All the best,
