Hi @pavelkoko
If you use the voucher code this bypasses the checkout system entirely, which is why it is only on the registration form. Coupons work on the checkout/billing form. Vouchers only work on registration forms and the dashboard page.
If you want to go through the access plan with the link you would want to give the users a coupon instead. This can then be entered in the coupon field and will also lock the user into the access plan settings you’ve created. Vouchers on the other hand just enroll the user with no access limitations.

Would you mind giving us a couple of examples of the lines you had been trying to translate in the theme so we can have a look.
There are a few places where there are intentionally not mark ups because the text is meant to be customized and edited through the admin. If you could screenshot or copy/paste some of the lines this would help us a lot in figuring out what is missing there!
Please let us know if you have any questions on adding screen shots!
Thank you for all your kind words and bringing this issue to our attention!
All the best,
Hi @dima852,
The image size itself must match want the size to be for now. This will be updated in the coming 6.0 release where you can set this as you build the certificate in the block editor if you want to wait a bit for this release.
Otherwise we have steps here for choosing the best certificate size.
You as the admin or instructor can see the user’s certificate under LifterLMS->Reporting->Select the Student->Certificates. You will not be able to see the student’s certificate by going to my-account/my-certificates because that is tied to your user account not the student’s.
Please let us know if you have any further questions!
All the best,
Hi there,
With the passwords students will need to reset them. This way you’re not having to create mass passwords for everyone and create a potential security vulnerability and users will be able to login with a password of their choosing!
Cheers,
Hi @ionicboy
It sounds like you need to adjust the image sizes! The certificates adhere to whatever the image itself is sized at and then to make that universal you can set this under LifterLMS->Settings->Engagements.
We have more on how to best determine the image size for A4 here: https://lifterlms.com/docs/certificate-background-image-sizes/ This will also recommend regenerating image sizes when you’ve made the changes and links to a free plugin that can help you do that.

In reply to: [LifterLMS - WP LMS for eLearning, Online Courses, & Quizzes] VocherHi @mo7se7
The Voucher can be used on a registration page!
This is enabled by default but can also be edited if you go into LifterLMS->Forms->Registration.
This will then not require purchase but just allow the user to register with their voucher and be enrolled!
All the best,
Hi @docwatsons
Thank you for the dropbox link however we just get a blank page when trying to open it.
You can just paste your system report in your reply, but please remember to remove any private information like emails you don’t want made public.
This issue does sound like a caching issue! Do you have any kind of caching plugin enabled on the site that you can check right away? If so, you will just want to clear the cache and then disable it to see if this resolves the issue.
If you’re not sure, no worries the system report will let us take a peek at the plugins and see if there’s anything that could be causing this issue.

Hi @tomf2468
The headshot on the membership or course page itself under the instructor information section is the instructor. However, and this is a known issue our engineering team is looking to update, the headshot on the catalog is the author of the post.
Apologies for the confusion there!
You can absolutely use that code to remove it!

All the best,
Hi @jselva84,
Are you wanting to create custom menus, or remove student information from the edit account screen.
If you’re looking to edit the Edit Account screen you can do this under LifterLMS->Forms->Edit Account. This is the form that controls that layout!
If that’s not quite what you meant, could you possibly provide us with some screenshots of where you’re looking to add these drop downs to help us get a better idea of where to point you to accomplish this?
Thanks and take care,
Hi @jselva84
Thank you for clarifying!
To do this you would need a little bit of custom development either to add that shortcode Toyin mentioned to each of the courses in the loop so they display when users have that course in progress to hop back in, or to change the redirect when users click into their enrolled courses.
We unfortunately don’t have anything on hand to do that! Apologies for the inconvenience!

All the best,
Hi @tomf2468
You should absolutely be able to use that CSS!
You will just want to add it under Appearance->Customize->Additional CSS instead. This will save it so that you are able to update the course itself without the code disappearing!

Hi @marjaanneli
By chance are you using Astra as your theme?
If so we can give you some information on how to remove those arrows!
Thanks and take care,
Hi @pirir,
Unfortunately, we’re not sure what would cause these settings to stop working!
A couple of things to look for are:
Does this happen on every page or just LifterLMS pages?
Did Astra Pro get enabled by accident when LifterLMS was installed?
Have you reached out to Astra already about this issue?
If so do they have any insight as to why LifterLMS would cause this that we can look into for you?
Let us know if you have any further questions!
All the best,
Is there a course we can test this on with the manual payment gateway, that won’t mess up any capacity settings?
Also if you have a license with us please feel free to open a support ticket: https://lifterlms.com/docs/get-support/ This will give us more leeway for troubleshooting than we can offer in public forums!
Please let us know if you have any further questions!
Best,
Hi @pmharder
You could turn the engagement emails off during the transfer. Once the trigger is already hit if you turn the engagements on afterwards then they will not go out. Our notifications and engagements do not trigger retroactively.
Another option for transferred users is to have separate hidden courses that go towards their history but aren’t viewable or accessible to new users or users who did not take them. This way you can turn off the quiz requirement and complete the course for the student without taking the quizzes.
Would these work as workarounds for your students?
