I just got done talking with PayPal technical support, and they directed me to WooCommerce Log Files, but we noticed that the suspect orders aren’t getting logged. And the logs I’m referring to are what you find when you go to WooCommerce -> Status -> Logs -> WooCommerce PayPal Payments.

So, do you have any idea why the transactions aren’t getting recorded in the logs?

I’m having the same problem. China and India are still getting through in pretty good numbers. This wasn’t the case about 6 months ago (last I checked).

Just so I’m clear on what you’re saying – would I enter a value in some custom field for the user (Settings -> Users), and then the form will detect that value/field, and then perform a conditional check that will determine the email recipient?

Yes, the plugin is WP Private Content Pro. I contacted them already. But it was affecting ALL shipping options – not just your plugin.

I updated the plugin but I’m still getting the same errors.

I’m not sure if it matters, but it’s not taking PayPal payment, it’s just a regular form.
