1. Upload the image you want to use on answers.
2. Find the image link form media screen at the end of upload.
3. Choose text option on the answers.

You know I had more than 38.000 questions over tens of quizes and looking for an update for months. If you are the one contuning thei plug-in I will try asap.

Sorry I think that there is no solution. Results is on/off option for all questions.
