Hello, I tested by disabling the ultimate FAQ plugin it didn’t change anything, I still received a notification for a comment to moderate on a post, even though the comment was put in the trash
Our problem concerns the comments to moderate. I tested the notifications for a new comment on an article and a new comment to moderate, in both cases I received the notification, however the comment was put in the trash by the WordPress moderator

liberoIn our settings we have specified that to add a how the user must enter their email address. You can test with this configuration using for example a gmail address. The comment will be automatically placed in the trash.
We use FAQ notifications – New comment awaiting moderation.
To delete comments we use a native WordPress setting in the comments settings we can put a list of unauthorized comment keys.Thanks for your help.

Hello, comments on the FAQ are activated from your plugin, we do have a form. Our problem lies with the approval of a comment. We receive an email to tell us that a new comment in the FAQ has been added, but this is not the case. We have developed a snippet to suppress email sending for comments, however we still receive an email when it is an FAQ comment.
Hello, thank you for your answer. We have carried out several tests to disable notifications after approval by creating functions using WordPress hooks and despite this we still receive the notification when it concerns the FAQ. Do you use a custom method to manage comments?
Thank you for your help, there may be an incompatibility. Without a solution, we will develop a way around this problem.

Hello, by activating this notification, I receive two emails after approval of an FAQ comment, one is the one which corresponds to the “FAQ Comment approved” type which I have just activated and the other is the one which we receive when making a new comment “FAQ – New comment awaiting moderation”

How I thought ultimate FAQ does not offer an option to manage notifications. Perhaps the problem comes from poor settings on our part. Can you tell us how to disable FAQ notifications after approving a reviewer?

Thank you for your reply. We will also contact ultimate faq. Notifications regarding a new message in the FAQ work well, we were able to configure them with your plugin, it is surprising that deactivating a notification does not work.
