Hey Bruna,

The status is ACTIVE after the Woocommerce subscription went through.
Also the role they receive after payment is Subscriber (Abonnee in Dutch).

To setup the email we did the following:
Mailpoet -> Welcome e-mail
When to send? -> When a new WordPress user is added to the website, Mailing list selected and inmediately as option.

As i said: If activated by hand, it DOES work.
After Woocommerce subscription NOT.

I can let you try the backoffice and let you try yourself.

I use the mailpoet service.
It seems something with woocommerce (subscriptions).
The clients make an order with the subscription service and DO receive the email to confirm to the email service, but mailpoet does NOT start sending mails.

If I add a subscriber by hand the system works and I see mailpoet sending.

By the way I use woocommerce subscription service.
Subscriber is subscribed (and confirmed)
Sending welcome email stays: 0 sended / 0 pending

Not working unfortunately.
For understanding: I am talking about the admin section of the plugin, front side working ok.
After editing, i cannot access the form settings…. screen is empty.

I tried all of it, cannot find any solution for the problem.
Also the option to create a new form doesn’t work.
I disabled every plugin, such as divi etc…

Any updates on this? Also I cannot get it to work.
No reviews shown. WP 4.1.1 version.
