In reply to: [AVIF, WebP Converter] images are loading twiceFYI, I was able to resolve the issue by changing the file name and reuploading it to the page.
I also located the CompressX rewrite rules in the?‘/wp-content/.htaccess’. I previously mistook it for the ‘public_html/.htaccess’.
All set now. Thank you for your time and support.

In reply to: [AVIF, WebP Converter] images are loading twice“Image conversion alters MIME types, leaving file name suffixes unchanged. This leads to the images being treated as separate entities.” –> Understood, thanks.
“Regarding Question #1, we require additional time to investigate and suspect the images may be different.” –> Understood, thanks.
“Could you please confirm if the images that loaded twice are identical, except for their file name suffixes?” –> Yes, they are identical, except for their file name suffixes.
“Question #2: “CompressX rewrite rules are located in the ‘/wp-content/.htaccess’ file.” –> Thanks; I understand this. I was asking because when I looked at the ‘/wp-content/.htaccess’ file, I did not see any rewrite rules for CompressX.

In reply to: [Post Types Order] keep post order after deleting pluginHi Maya,
When i disable (not delete) the plugin, the order of my post reverts back to the unsorted original order.
I am not concerned about the order of post on my front end. I am concerned about the order of post on my backend.
Any reasons why the order of post in my WP admin dashboard revert back when i disable the plugin?
This is the current plugin setting: https://tinyurl.com/yh8dbyvp

In reply to: [Post Types Order] keep post order after deleting pluginHi. I am following up on my previous query.
Yes, it helps. Thanks for your input.
No, you don’t need to disable any options in plugin.
– OK understood. We’ll check the “Rest API” issue within 1-2 days.
– OK, i will await your response.Regarding you compatibility questions, cleantalk anti-spam pluigin is fully compatible with Cloudlfare and Wordfence
– OK, great. Thanks for clarifying. Do I need to disable anything in Cleantalk for wordfence compatibility or will standard setting in cleantalk work?Does this errors occur in anti-spam plugin settings only? Does the issue persists with plugin disabled?
– Yes, the error only occur when I have cleantalk plugin activated. When I disable cleantalk plugins on my site, the error went away. When I activate cleantalk plugin, the error came back. Please advice.Hello. I am following up on this.
Interestingly enough since I inquired with your team about this, the 404 error on the root domain has not appeared again. But thank you for your input.
Hi, yes, I can confirm the URLs are matching and without a forward slash.

Any other ideas?Great, much thanks for the explanation. I will make the changes and let you know if I need further support on this issue.
Another question…
Inside the RankMath > 404 Monitor tool, I’ve noticed ongoing 404 error being reported for my root domain https://www.titaniumphysique.com/ (see screenshot: https://tinyurl.com/yarkutrh )I was previously using Autoptimize plugin and thought the 404 was a result of Autoptimize plugin expired css causing this issue. I have since deleted that plugin but I am still seeing 404 error for the root domain.
I have checked Google Search Console for this domain and do not see any 404 error being reported.
FYI, I am using WP Super Cache and Cloudflare on my WP site.
Any thoughts on this?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] why all my “billing details” fields are optional?I was able to resolve this issue on my checkout page. I simply deactivated the PayPal woocommerce plug-in. Deleted the plugin. Then I installed, activated and configured the plugin again. That seemed to resolve this issue.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] why all my “billing details” fields are optional?I am having the same issue.
I am using WooCommerce Stripe Gateway as the primary payment on my site.
I installed the WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Gateway as an alternative payment option, now all the billing details fields (first name, last name, country, address, town, state, zip) on the checkout page are optional.
I enabled the “Require billing address” option in WooCommerce Paypal Checkout Gateway. I got an message that said “feature is disabled in your paypal account”. I called PayPal to enable to feature. Paypal said “they only return shipping address”.
It appears the WooCommerce Stripe Gateway plugin and WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Gateway do not work well together.
If a buyer is going to checkout on my site with Stripe. I want the billing details to be required. It looks BAD and “off” when billing are optional on a checkout page. This will negative impact checkout conversions.
If a buyer decides to use Paypal, they are redirected to Paypal for payment, and Paypal does not send billing details to my website – which is fine.
Can WooCommerce fix this to allow these two plugins to work together?
