Add the following rule (AND):
Page Type — is not equal to — Archives Page — and

You should now have:
Post — is equal to — “POST NAME” — and
Page Type — is not equal to — Archives Page — and

It’s a normal WP search page where results are loaded using a theme feature.

They are all in one group using AND. See below:

Rule Group:
1. Post Category — is equal to — Employee Benefits — and
2. Post Type — is not equal to — post — and
3. Page Type — is not equal to — Category Page — and
4. Page Type — is not equal to — Archives Page — and

I already have enabled that. See below for the pop up rules I have enabled:

1. Post Category — is equal to — Employee Benefits
2. Post Type — is not equal to — post
3. Page Type — is not equal to — Category Page
4. Page Type — is not equal to — Archives Page
