In reply to: [WP Custom Admin Interface] Admin Menu not visibleThis issue still occurs in version 7.36?(and Woo 8.9.3). Might be worth looking into @northernbeacheswebsites as it is a major complication when using your plugin.
Regards!
Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately there was no success in using your plugin for this case. We went as low as 1 product per batch with 4 GB ram and still received memory exhausted error.
Seems a bit like your batch limiting does not work like it should. Perhaps it is worth checking out. We had to go with another solution, as yours couldn’t cope with our products.

Email sent. I’ll update this thread as soon as I get something from the support via email.
@wpmudevsupport15 Please provide me with your ticket id and mail for the ticket – I’ll send all the required info via email if that’s okay. Cheers!
@wpmudev-support8 Hi, thanks for the info.
Yes, our current workaround involves turning off the login mask – which seems to confirm the issue with Polylang you mentioned. Any idea on a possible fix? It’s more dependent on your or Polylang team?
As for the CORS, it seems changing our htaccess rules fixed them, therefore we can conclude it had more to do with server settings than your plugin. If anything else arises I’ll let you know.
Let us know regarding the login mask issue. ??

yes, everything you said checks out, but the issue is that the basic config has been missing for us on multiple sites (different environments etc.).

At first we thought it’s your decisions to remove it, but after your comment it seems like a bug. We’ve used this basic config for quiet some time before it disappeared on us. ??
@wpmudevsupport12 don’t close this thread just yet, please. I’ll get back to you with more information when we’ll finish checking what you sent us on multiple sites.
@wpmudevsupport15 there are no entries added. The field is empty. The plugin uses default settings. The user agent banning module has only been turned on, with no additional modifications committed.
Hey guys,
so after the recent update the issue remains. Plenty of users get thrown into the bad & harming user-agent category and are locked out of site.
Please get in touch in order to debug this.
Thanks for the update. Yes, this is rather unsettling.
I can confirm this critical error occurs with WooCommerce plugin active.
I’ve already sent a report of this issue to the pro support, awaiting their response to this.
I’ll update as soon as I receive more info on this matter.
Thank you for the support and the update. Looking forward to the fix!
P.S. Loving this plugin! Keep up the good work.
Best of luck!
Thanks for the contact details. I’ve sent a message to you regarding this issue.

@wpmudev-support9 Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately I cannot share this data publicly (on this forum nor via pastebin). I’d gladly debug this with you if you have any other way of receiving this information – an email perhaps?
