In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] Contact Form 7 formsHello Jarnovos. I have a problem here. I cannot use the solutions you recommend because they only works in Contact Form 7. I need the protection in the WooCommerce registration form and in the Billing form as well. I would need to block the reCAPTCHA until the user consent and to place a placeholder in all these places. How can I do this? Thanks in advance.

In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] Category button missingHi Jarnovos. Excuse me I’m now using the plugin in my real site (https://www.prueba.unifilomedia.net). I’m accepting all the cookies in the site but “tk-ai” cookie is not installed. Why? And in the UE Cookies Policy among the cookies used I don’t have “Analytics” cookies, but I have this category in the preferences settings. ?Why?
There is another thing. In the UE Cookies Policy appears “Zendesc” as “Statistics” cookie. But again I don’t have this category in the preferences. In addition I don’t understand why appears Zendesc. The plugin I’m using to integrate Stripe uses Zendesc but just in the administration. Again, when I accept all the cookies this cookie is not installed. Thanks in advance.

In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] Contact Form 7 formsHi again Aert. Your plugin retain reCAPTCHA cookies until the user accept them. Isn’t it?So if I change the plugin form to Ninja forms Complianz place an advice to accept reCAPTCHA cookies, as it is neccessary to send the form. Isn’t it? Now the problem is with the registration form for my WooCommerce clients and the billing form. How can I solve this? Any idea? Thanks in advance.

In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] Contact Form 7 formsYes, I know Stripe doesn’t have reCAPTCHA. But they told me that if I use reCAPTCHA in mi site this adds an extra protection. I don’t know if I have to do something in order this reCAPTCHA protects not just the forms but the whole web. I have asked in Google forums but they haven’t answered. I don’t know how this Friendly Captcha that you say works. I don’t know if it uses cookies that the user must allow previous the installation and if there is a way to protect the whole web. Thanks in advance.

In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] Category button missingThanks Aert. No I don’t have Jetpack I had in the past and I had to create an account in WordPress.com. But I uninstalled JetPack and I have my site in Webempresa. I have Woocommerce of course. My users are going to be Clients so they are going to manage their settings as clientes. Their are going to take access to their data but they are not administrators. I hope this helps. Thanks in advance.

In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] Contact Form 7 formsHi Aert. Many many thanks!! Well. I have a big issue here. I would try to explain the situation. I have an ecommerce in developement. I had the reCAPTCHA v3 in my Contact Form 7.Then Stripe recommends the use of CAPTCHA to add another security layer to protect the clients from abuse and capture of data. So CAPTCHA must be used not just for forms but to protect the whole web. But the point is, as you said, that reCAPTCHA uses Analitics cookies and this implies the acceptance of the user previous their installation. So what can I do? How can I protect my clients transactions and keep SPAM away and at the same time follow the RGPD? Thanks in advance.

In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] Doubts about the plugin’s behaviourHello Jarno. Thanks a lot for your patience. I don`t fully understand why, when I accept all the cookies, not all the cookies present in the Cookies Policy are installed. For instance, in the Cookies Policy appears Google Font, but is not installed. Thanks in advance.

In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] Doubts about the plugin’s behaviourHi. First of all thank you very much for your replying so quickly. I’m confused with the plugin. I have created a sample web just to test the plugin previously to install it in my production web site.
What happens is that I found some discrepancies between the data the plugin collect and the behaviour once the acceptance of all the cookies has taken place. I don’t understand why if the plugin recognises 22 cookies (this is the number for this test site I have created) then, in the Cookies Policy, it lists 8, and another 3 which needs investigation (two of them belongs to Complianz). At the end, browsers after accepting all the cookies just detect 3 (all from Complianz).
I provide you te URL from my test site (https://pruebobanner.unifilomedia.net/politica-de-cookies-ue/), but I consider you need as well the captures I made from the backend of my site. I cannot find here a place to attach them but I would be very pleased to show you. So if is there a way to provide you such evidence let me know. Thanks in advance.
Regards.
