twilio LINK ticket opened March 31 never resolved
and
recurring invoice verification of creation PRIOR to sending issue opened April1 never resolved.

Have requested refund as offered at this point.

ok but is my experience what qualifies for “priority support”? Lastly the support person instead of working the issue offers a refund. a “I’m done with you response” to a support request.. not cool!

ok but how can we VERIFY the recurring invoices are scheduled? There should be a way to assure it – otherwise, we have no idea UNTIL. which If I have to do that then there is no reason for the automation – right?

have no idea what was happening. Changed nothing since opened the ticket. However as I was preparing to take a snapshot and send you to show you it was not there. I did get it at 100% then thought to get a better view to make the view smaller. Upon doing so the back buttons appeared..

yes that will happen I have geo-lock in place. Unless you have a IP from the U.S. you will not see the site. I will open it to india so you can review.

the customization of BOB is the get data from the FORM PRE-SUBMIT. In Slide1 the visitor will submit their FIRST NAME. then.. subsequently that FIRST NAME should be able to be referenced in HTML code.

just to make sure – this java script will use a GET event once the field value is defined and populate to customize the responses.
i.e.
multi-step form
Slide1: field=text “NAME”

Problem resolved – actually an issue with the File size AND the PHP version. Had to increase the upload size limits in my php.ini file.
