I checked OVERWRITE option in the plugin and its a HIT
was it something we missed or didnt consider?

WpRocket , we installed initially before installing your plugin, but we moved from it.

So i did the steps u mentioned, pasted the new htacess thingie , saved, purged the cache, now BOTH the STATIC and DYNAMIC site has the issue

Hi
In the MU-Plugins folder, the only file is
endurance-page-cache.php.bak

should i delete it?

Deactivated, Uninstalled, Installed Again, Activated again with the API, YET the problem remains lol
