Thank you for responding. Unfortunately neither suggestion was fruitful. I enabled Twenty Sixteen theme, cleared browser cache, no dice. Issue still exists so I think that rules out my theme’s functions.php.

Same thing with CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS. I set it in wp-config.php, cleared cache, logged back in, issue still there.

In the “Network” tab of the Web Developer tools, no 404s or err GET requests. All the JS/CSS appears to load.

In the “Console” tab, I see no errors, JS, CSS, or others.

Unfortunately I don’t know enough about JS to Debug this issue further.

I sure can. Already have that written in another custom mod to the “edit-comments” page in the admin panel. Incorporating that into IP-Intelligence should be simple enough. Don’t know why I didn’t think of this before, thanks!

Although finding/developing an alternative to SimpleXMLElement is possible, there’s very little chance that I’ll re-design the plug-in to support a dead release. PHP4 hit end of life 2 years ago … ? I will work on implementing a version check to render a “friendly” error message and update the readme to include PHP5 as a requirement.
