Thank you for using the plugin.

The plugin has more than 20.000 active installations and works fine without errors but plugins conflict could happen and could cause errors.

Can you please copy past here the error? Or can you share the website URL where the error is?

As I said before the plugin does not affect the logout process. You have plugin(s) that are doing that job. Did you disabled the plugins that I mention on my previous message and test it?

the elementor page builder login element that you are using should have a redirect logout URL to be setup, try that too.

Can you please open only one support topic for your issue (WordPress support rules)?
My plugin only changes the login URL which apparently is working correctly on your website. My plugin doesn’t have any functions to redirect users after logout. Your are using a couples off plugins that do the user logout redirection such:
1 – ocean-popup-login
2 – woocommerce

On your staging website disable the ocean-popup-login plugin and try again.

It should work. However I recommend that you test it on your staging/test website – that applies with any plugin.

If you restore a backup to a point that my plugin never has in your WordPress build it is definitely a problem with something else. Please contact automatic or WordPress.com to fix your issue.

I can see that your WordpPess site is hosted on wordpress.com you should be able to login on wordpress.com and access your website functionalities and disable my plugin. The conflict here is because you activate the “private site” mode on your wordpress.com website – disable jetpack and “private site” mode and your site will work with my plugin.
