Actually I am a newbie, I did not understand the point properly.when page is cached , as no PHP process will invoked , wp cron may not be able to fire.
I want to know detail about this line you said.

@reneesoffice I have removed the URL prefix property from Search Console and reset the Site Kit.
Everything is working fine now.

@reneesoffice sorry, but again got another problem.
After resetting all everything is working fine on Site Kit, but it has added another property to Search Console.Csreenshot from Search Console.
I only added the domain property .

Working fine after resting in incognito mode.When I go to the site kit dashboard it show the error, please check the image link Error Screenshot.
The problem started after I verified as a domain property. At previous I verified by uploading html. I have removed the old verifiaction and propery now only Verified as a domain propery.
Permission level is showing OWNER under the User and Permissions
