WordPress theme issue

  • Hello, I started getting errors in the widget section of my panel. I noticed there were a few updates available, so I installed them. However, afterward, my panel entered recovery mode, and the theme didn’t load properly. Can you help?

    Hello @nevelyarn can you share a screenshot of what you are referring to so we can help you? I’m not seeing any errors in widgetized areas.

    When I try to access the widget section in the WordPress panel, I receive this notification.

    Ah, got it. Can you turn debug mode on and send a screenshot of that error message please? Sometimes that error message might already be showing inside the backend if you can access that area. If not you need to go into the FTP and open config file and enable Debug Mode.

    Are you familiar with the FTP?

    I’m sorry, unfortunately I don’t have any knowledge about FTP right now and I have a more important issue at the moment. My website has slowed down significantly and I don’t know the reason
