Hi sorry for the delay – had issue at work –
I tried with Chrome instead of Safari:

Deleted the plugin and installed/activated again via store in clean 6.5 install

Still get the error saving the ABS code in Chrome

switched to Win10 on Edge browser – on the vanilla 6.5 / re-installed 6.5 and same error

very strange I think.. and wonder if it has something to do with my hosting provider and “shared hosting” – haven’t had a problem with other plugins
my provider is JustHost

Now in the Settings / Bible Reading Plans – when I paste in my api.bible (ABS) key and click save changes I get error:
Error: the Bible_reading_plan_settings options page is not in the allowed list.

I get this same error on 2 WP installs

One install at nwbctr.org with many plugins and another wp install on a different domain with no plugins – plain vanilla WP install. 6.4.3 and newest 6.5 WP on plain vanilla has been tested.
