I had the same thing happen to me. Logs suggested it was something to do with iconic-woo-linked-variations-premium. Deactivated that and updates then worked fine.

Thanks for getting back to me. So the select box will be activated using an ACF true/false field. I then need to validate whether the toggle is set to true and display the select field based on that in one of the custom tabs.

Do you have a built in filter to add something into a specific tab and return the content within the tab?

Thanks for getting back to us – the majority of dupe orders I’m seeing are mobile users, the odd one is desktop though. Obviously, this is GA data which can be a little off sometimes.

This is exactly what’s happening with me too – pretty much across all the sites I’ve made…

@duracelltomi the URL is https://www.dowsingandreynolds.com – there is just the GA tag that is measuring conversions. It seems to be an intermittent issue as I’ve tried reloading an order-received page and that didn’t duplicate, but others are. If I look into the issue by date, the duplication lines up with this plugin being used.

I’m also having this issue of duplicate orders. So Analytics is counting multiple transactions against one order ID. Is there a setting that I’ve missed to prevent this from happening?

Hey @yikesitskevin, Thanks for getting back to me. It’s more when people add columns into Smart Manager and start editing things that tabs begin to disappear. Mainly back-orders.

Thanks for getting back to me! We had issues with the backslashes too so glad that’s been resolved. It’s when products are edited in Smart Manager it just clears all the tabs.

We’re on the latest version of WooCommerce and Smart Manager.
