Thanks for all the suggestions, you guys are great! I actually had to call my host and they checked and for some reason it was trying to read my site from my root diretory to my c drive!? Then when I uploaded the new wordpress it earased my content folder with original them. I had left the config and .htaccess like wordpress said but the host help desk deleted those and reinstalled wordpress again and even more stuff got deleted. Then they said it was gone and I had to revert to my backup. I had used their backup wizard which they told me had a bug and didn’t work! So they reverted to an older back up and I lost some work and am still not upgraded!!!

I guess I’m going to try it again tonight? Although I’m still not sure what I did wrong or how to keep uploading the new wp from saving over my old content?

Yes that’s the right site. After “upload…” i can’t see the rest of the link that’s why I’m asking.
What do you mean by upgrade? How do I do that and will it change the look or theme?

Any other comments on the theme, ads placement, forum etc…I see a bunch of you came to check it out and I’d love to hear your thoughts. Thanks!

For now I temporarily fixed it by reducing it to 1 ad on each sidebar so when you open a page like “jobs” the specific page ad is visible since its counted as number 3. But I don’ t want to keep it this way.

Thanks for the suggestions, I do already have wp installed and a domain and hosting. I uploaded a new theme that is similiar to what i want my site to look like and thought i could just customize it myself.I want to change colors,fonts,pictures,buttons…add a forum..job board page..ect. I am a fashion designer and even made my own pic in photoshop and illustrator that i want to be in the header. but i can’t understand how to change anything at all!
