Today I had an international order with two products shipping and so looked up what you’re showing, and sure enough the customs description (title only) is the same for both products. Ugh.

Yes, I can manually edit/override this, but that’s a band-aid to a bigger problem. It seems (as I said in my first post) that when I duplicate an item to set up a new, the title of the old product is embedded in the code somewhere and not getting updated. This is what I need to correct.

And the reason I’m duplicating items to set them up is simply because the format of each item is complex enough that rebuilding every new item from scratch would bring up many inconsistencies. Duplicating an item and overwriting the title/description/price/etc is much easier. But obviously there’s some embedded info that isn’t updating that I need to find. And that is what I’m asking about on this forum – how to find in the code this and correct it.

You Automatic folks take a long time to respond, thus my lack of urgency to get this uploaded. In any case, here it is. In the product description of the customs form it says “fork yokes – pinchbolt w/ steer”, which is a product description for a totally different product we sell, not the one the order was for. The product on this order was NOT fork yokes. So, what’s happening is, somewhere embedded in the product code this is set up wrong, and woocommerce is pulling the wrong data. I don’t know how or where to fix it. Please help.
