In the Mail tab of the settings, the subject should have a mail-tag added as well for example: Submission-[Subject] or any other mail-tag [name] [date], etc. used in your form.

This way the mail-tag will be different for each submission and create a new email in your inbox. Hope this makes sense!

I think what I am looking for is UTM parameters. Is there a way to have to populate automatically for external links?
