    I’m having the same issue. I have done a manual reinstall. Site still works fine, but trying to access the dashboard (by either method) results in the “The requested URL was rejected. If you think this is an error, please contact the webmaster.” error.

    I’ve replaced the theme from stock, and the error remains. I’ve checked the permissions on all the files, I’ve double-checked the settings in my wp-config file. I’ve even tried removing and re-adding my plug-in folders individually (can’t enable/disable as I can’t reach the dashboard) to see if one of them breaks the site. Even with no plugins installed, the dashboard access issue remains.

    I appreciate any suggestions anyone could provide!
