DNS had not updated when you checked. It is good now.
Upon clicking the verify link, it turns briefly to “verified” then switches back to “verify DNS challenges”
It now allows me to download the certs, but this brings up a bigger question. I am now thinking that you cannot have a separate SSL cert for each site under WordPress Multisite. Is that your understanding? IE Only the root domain can have the cert and all the subsites have to use that on WP Multisite?
So I am not sure why your plugin is encouraging this, as its not possible under Multisite?

That link pushes it a bit further, but still to no avail.
Does this plugin even work with WP Multisite?

I tried adding the text entry to the root domain, but no luck either.
Is there somewhere I can add the single verification file to only appear in betsybags.com? I don’t want it appearing in all the sites on WP Multisite.
Hi Nash
Thanks you for your response.
Yes its the classic Bitnami Multisite WP package – IE one install of WP with multiple sites. I think that means that I cannot install a single file verification for WP Encryption, so a DNS TXT entry is the only solution to verify.
For WP Encryption plugin, only one TXT DNS entry is required, so I think what I have is OK. I don’t think they need an A record, a CNAME, or an SOA for this entry.
Generally, I just added an ALIAS to push non-WWW traffic to WWW, but I don’t think that’s the issue with WP Encryption. Forgetting _acme-challenge.www.betsybags.com for a moment, what other DNS issues do you see? BTW WordPress is working fine and all other plugins are 100%
anything bigger than the small arrow will be better,
so if the current arrow is 10px high, lets say then new one should be 50px highYes, we would love a custom skin!
Arrows that are about 10 times larger than current and placed halfway between the image and the edge would be great. Let me know about the cost.I think you are right, I should have done the uninstall first. It started happening soon after I installed your app, so i assumed it was connected.
On another note, happy to make a donation if you can make your photo navigation arrows larger.
Hi Arno,
Just realized this is only a problem on Google Chrome, not Edge or Firefox.
Yes, they are rotating images, linking to articles – that is where the problem is.
Try click on the big image on the home page of:
https://www.independenceharbor.com/
On the desktop, you will have click twice.OK, if you want to setup a header page on a basic twentyseventeen theme to use a Youtube 1080p video, i will test it using my bank of ipads and we can prove that the bug is with the Theme, not the environment. We could then publish the findings.

Hi Andrew, didn’t realize you are just a volunteer. Yes we would like someone to solve this – but if we get the solution, who makes the change/update to the theme?
Ha ha, that would be it. Grab a “real” ipad and see the error, nothing like a simulator to give a false reading.
“Me and my brother, Dozer, we’re both one hundred percent pure, old fashioned, home grown ipads, born free right here in the Apple store”
Hi Andrew,
Its pretty a straightforward problem replication. You use any ipad in horizontal mode and just go to the homepage of nycvb.com, thats it.
What ipad are you using, specially configured? As all my test ipads and every ipad at the Apple store suffers from the error, so it shouldn’t be hard to replicate, perhaps that is the reason for the oversight in the first place, the testing platform is non-standard? I assume you are testing using a real ipad, not a simulator?
To answer your question, my current test ipad is IOS 9.3.5 with Safari 604.1, but its still all ipad browsers across the entire ipad range. The whole store full of ipads at Apple and every old ipad I could lay my hands on shows the same problem, so i am bemused how you found one ipad that does not have the problem. Tell me its a real ipad and not a simulator?

OK, just back from the Apple store.
All ipads new and old, on every flavor, every OS, every browser all have the same problem. No problems at all on the iphone, Android, imac or PC – just ALL the ipads have the problem. I have some screen shots of all the ipads with the same problem, but they look just the same as the image i have already supplied, slightly different variations for each, but the same basic error. All these units have the latest Version of IOS loaded (9.3.5). The browsers are up to date, so I think you are saying its a hardware issue? I could do with a test of a brand new ipad and ipad mini, I am heading to the Apple Store right now to test and will post results and photos.
From testing so far, it looks like the following devices – anything that is 9.7 inches, but not a pro:
The iPad Air (5th Gen)
iPad Mini (1st Generation Mini)
iPad (3rd Generation)
iPad 2 (2nd Generation)
iPad (1st Generation)I am sure other ipads suffer from the same problem, i just don’t have access to every model.
