I have downloaded the plugin and followed Steps 1-3. The test email is delivered successfully and the Sent Status has no issues. So it is not an issue with our mail provider.

Also, the email notification to the main email or to the applicants delivers fine. Only the CC notification does not send or show up in our email logs.

I am referring to the title tooltip that appears when you hover over an image (as seen in this post https://www.webzando.com/blog/remove-hide-title-wordpress-images/). I would like to disable the title from appearing on hover without having to remove all titles from my images.
