Well that’s weird. Looks like the 3 replies by other users to my original post have been deleted. That makes no sense. Can we get an update from the developer please.

Both of the layouts we are using have no need for an image, so I removed it from the layout. I’ll keep an eye on the debug file. Thanks for your help!

Sorry for not responding. I probably shouldn’t contact the end-user as we had to cancel the event. I did simplify the form to not use visibility rules. We only had a handful of registrations after that and none complained. If I decide to contact the end-user I will come back here and update this thread.

I’ll see if I can get more information about the computer that the person was using. I think it’s in a school. He was able to register using his phone connected to his carrier’s Internet. Said he has trouble on other sites with the computer.

I like your idea of entering the “number of attendees.” I can then simply multiply the number by the price to arrive at a total cost.

I sure appreciate you looking at this. Speaks volumes about WPMU. I’ll let you know if I can get more information.

I’m curious, do you know if it’s even possible for a firewall to deny the visibility rules functionality?

Well the plugin is back. Guess whatever issue they were having was resolved, and I see there’s a new version. Thank goodness!

Curious indeed. I run WordFence on all of the 50 websites I host and maintain, so I contacted WordFence support to see if they know anything about what’s going on with this plugin. As of yesterday, they knew nothing about it. I suppose that’s sort of good news in that if it was a security issue, the WordFence team would probably be reporting it. Sure wish the developer would fill us in on what’s going on.

Well that’s interesting, I replied to this post a couple of days ago and it was removed. I can see it in my Engagements under my profile that I replied, but the reply is gone. Don’t think there was anything in my reply that would warrant it being removed.

Anyhow, I too am wondering if this plugin will come back. I use it on at least a dozen sites and replacing it is going to be painful.

@drawmyface Yes Dan, that was clearly the case for me and I’ve got 50 websites that updated. I would say about a third of them emailed me. But there were no repeat emails and I couldn’t find anything wrong with any of the sites.
