classic widgets is the official wp plugin, and it works fine.

i have installed the official wp classic widgets and it works. 500k installs it is a safer bet.

Actually they all seem to have arrived in a 3 week period between late august and mid september 2014. I’ve discovered it is safe to remove them, so you can close the ticket.

Actually, I don’t even know how the webp images got there. I’ve never had the option to create them turned on. Is it safe to delete them? They are taking up space on my server.

No it is still doing the same thing. I’ve even logged in on a different machine. My annual subscription has just been repaid a couple of days ago. (this is for the cloud version).

FIXED. This was solved with a flush of the browser cache. I had flushed every other cache except the local browser. Now done and the problem is gone.

i’m always logged in as admin.

This also fixed a problem I was having with sharing to pinterest.

Thanks for your help. I’m a retired developer so I know how tricky this stuff can be to track down.

OK. Rather than delete and manually install the entire plugin and lose my settings, I unzipped the fixed plugin file and grabbed the code from the stats.php file and pasted it in to mine. I’m not sure what the difference was so I don’t know why it broke before, but it worked fine this time. And yes it has fixed the problem with the NaN in the scaling fields!

nope that just broke the admin page – it comes up completely blank now.

OK I’ve turned off all the Jetpack Modules and it works fine. Turning them on one by one shows that it is the wordpress.com stats that is the culprit in making it fail

Jeremy before I do this, your video doesn’t show you changing the number in the box. this is when the other field changes to ‘NaN’

Your screens look like wordpress.com I’m on a self install where the screens are different.

It looks like from your screenshot that you are editing from a different screen.
1. If I edit straight from the library the problem is there.
Media->Library->Edit->Edit Image Button = Problem

2.If I edit the image from a post it is not.
Posts->Edit->click on image in post->click on pencil in popup (edit)->Edit Original Button->Edit Image Popup Screen = Works Fine
