In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Jetpack breaks image scalingHi Jeremy. They are in the Edit media screen when trying to change the scale of the photo.
Here is a screenshot. https://snag.gy/iV1tx.jpg
The image is currently 1536×1536, if I want to scale the image by entering new dimensions I type another number eg 500 in one field, the other one displays NaN, if I set the value in the second field instead then the first one changes to NaN. The normal behaviour is for the second field to be set proportionally to the original size.
Just to let you know that these are mysteriously working again!
Thanks
Hi the counters are not working in chrome on a mac. The website is https://www.quincesandkale.net
It works fine in chrome on iOs and in safari. I have closed the browser, cleared all caches, and rebooted and still nothing. I have two macs and it works on neither in chrome. I’ve just tested and it also isn’t working in Firefox on the mac either. Thanks

In reply to: http error on media upload after 3.8.2 upgradeI’ve got it. I had to update the memory available in php.ini may have been a coincidence or maybe just something in 3.8.2 tipped it over the edge

In reply to: http error on media upload after 3.8.2 upgradeI should add that the image uploads and shows in the library even though I get the http error, but if I try to edit it, it will show, but if I click the edit image button, I get the error
“Image data does not exist. Please re-upload the image”
