How do you disable WP debug?

Many of our customers are also suddenly not receiving emails – you may be closing this thread too early?

(loyal customers who have been using your PRO product for several years now, I should add)

Hello? Are you not even replying to posts in your own support forum, from paid up pro members now? Have you abandoned customer support completely?

Anything? Still not heard back…

I’m not posting my email address on a public forum, but surely you can check both your wen form emails for this week and the now three different emails I have sent at the times I mentioned plus the one I resent earlier today? The first of these was actually a reply to an email discussion I had already had with you, so I’m struggling to understand why you suddenly can’t see it.

Nope. Not in spam folder. Emailed twice via email to the support address (3 Oct at 16:35 GMT and 9 Octo 15:14 GMT) and once via the web form on the plugin page after those. No reply at all, and I’ve had replies from you in the past without a problem.

I’ll send the email again now to [email protected]. Maybe you could check your spam folder?

Not so far. I can/t even see a way of getting a free appointment.

Some – not all – of my missing Paypal order notification emails turned up in my Inbox at some point overnight… Something appears to be happening somewhere ??

If only Paypal and Woocommerce were as good ??

@livro128 – thanks for that. As a workaround it allows orders to be processed, but I’m still not receiving any of the ‘Payment Received from…’ emails from Paypal – which is only inconvenient rather than disastrous. I do wonder what the loss of IPN validation involves though.

It’d be good if someone from Woocommerce could advise on this – it has been two days now…

@riggers2000 – I’m using Siteground too. Is there an issue with them?

FWIW, when I run a test transaction through I get this in Paypal sandbox Activity:

Payment
– ￡23.79
hasn’t accepted yet.

and in woocommerce the order still shows as

Pending payment

Even though I completed the order and was returned to my own site, with an order number on screen, as normal.
