https://oceanswardrobe.xen.co.za contact and retailer application pages were working fine. In the past two weeks I have reports of Communication error from prospective customers and retailers.
Captcha V 3 has been updated. All plugins were deactivated except those required to run the site. All to no avail. The form does not appear to be capturing for the information to submit. The template has been adjusted and returned to original.
I have followed all the advise I have found on this forum regarding SUBMIT and submit hang problems which for the most part are short on detail.

Form 7 version Version 5.3 using WordPress 5.5.3 and Storefront 2.9.0. all unused plugins have been deleted. Consol indicates the following error : POST https://oceanswardrobe.xen.co.za/wp-json/contact-form-7/v1/contact-forms/23/feedback [HTTP/2 401 Unauthorized 648ms] This means nothing to me. Search for this specific problem indicates WOO commerce error but with that plugin deactivation it made no difference.

I have a similar problem to the writer in this thread – traditionally as of 2015 SSO images were set then correctly sso resized. The Average library image size for images is 750 px x 1032 px @ 300dpi]. SSO was resizing correctly through all updates until it ‘appears’ to no longer is resizing for Facebook and Google. This being sometime in the last three updates.

I happened to come across the new problem when validating a new product.
It appears that SSO no longer automatically up scales images. It is only available for paid subscription. WHY has this been removed?
If there is another reason please help.

thank you that seems to be a given. However that does not explain why it should be happening now and not the three years before. I have used the same Service provider for over ten years and never had a similar happen. It has been since the last two upgrades that we have developed the problem. As well as gross page speed reduction.

Thank you for your advice. I rolled back the plugins to previous versions. Still no joy. Then discovered some plugins were repeating same tasks. Loading the server. There was also a cdn problem which I have to still resolve. I cancelled that for now. After this the site magically settled and now is working fine.

I have deactivated top bar and footer. No difference except that the disappear form site. I have reloaded the WP core, I cannot delete storefront for reinstall. The server hangs or shows a 503 error.

It appears that the entire theme does not obey the original rules. These display as I set up five years ago. No matter what changes by self the page display and layout remains the same.

For example I have set the navigation bars to specific default Heights. For some reason those layout rules setting are being ignored.

I ask that everyone understands these are but a list of problems which include incorrect layout of every page, this extends to check out too. The Admin top black navigation bar displays correctly in admin but as soon as a site page is introduced for edit the top navigation bar converts to txt. Another is that this TXT pops up if I have not logged out of Admin when checking for site changes / fixes

Please help as this has become a hell of a problem since the updates.

Thank you. That may work for the second problem. What reason for AMP not to validate any pages too? with the warning “….Failed to fetch URL to validate. cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 15001 milliseconds with 0 out of -1 bytes received. Please check your Site Health to verify it can perform loopback requests. ….” Surely this is not a woo commerce problem but a bug that is disturbing the cron.

seriously good plugin. Sad about the current problem. We have been using the plugin for a year and were most happy. We are unlikely to change but have deactivated for now.

yes I have just updated too. The latest update has a problem inasmuch that i have admin access but the Front page does not display in any browser. when Stats plugin deactivated all works well. https://www.oceanswardrobe.xen.co.za

Good morning J.S. Sorry but I must be blind or really Stupid. I cannot decide where this script should be placed. To start my knowledge of coding is limited. I find the function.php in Lib folder but cannot see where to place.
