I see why it does not show the discount: It works only with simple products, it does not work with variations.
Yes, this is what I expected and why I asked this question. Please read it carefully. My setting is 1 Euro = 10 Points. But when I apply 10 point in shopping cart it shows 1,20 Euro discount. I need to add, that my prices in WooCommerce are set to be added with Tax.

Probably not because I installed in on version 5.4.2 and it works just fine.
