You are so right, the internet does have all sorts of weird and wonderful answers for file permissions on Windows, but yours worked for me (on IIS 10 no less!). Thank you for sharing. I’m certain this will help others.

Still having this issue and so are others.

@robwakeman I am having the same issue. I don’t want the slideshows to autoplay and can’t make it stop!

Having the same issue. When I deselect/uncheck settings such as, Enable autoplay or Randomize slideshow, and save the changes these settings remain selected/checked.
