You created your own layouts, so I cannot say exactly where you have missed coding.

For example,
loop.php should be enclosed with <div id=”flexi_main_loop”> tag

Check it “Disable Font Awesome Free 5.3.1” and see if it gets fixes.

I checked your demo site and unless I able to see source code of hidden element I cannot fix it.

\wp-content\uploads\flexi\layout\gallery\ path is correct.
The zip file you created seems not following the folder structure.
