@threadi I like the idea of the honeypot and that would probably fix the problem entirely… but I see that it’s only available in Pro. We’re a small church with a limited budget and the extra fees for Pro just aren’t in our budget options at this time (especially for something as minimal as a few spam E-mails per week).

Let me ask a different question… what kind of program can I access the FTP through?

Fair enough… I assumed that the old account would hold the access to the files (login info and whatnot). So how can I access the site through an FTP? It’s been a couple decades since I’ve used that and I think the software I had in college was defunct years ago. LOL!

But it’s not in my hosting… I’ve looked over every page in my list when I’m logged in to the WordPress page and these pages don’t exist there… I can only assume they are linked with the old account that I can’t access.
