Not sure what’s happening but the sidebars never showed – even before any changes were made.

Also, the changes (except the footer) were made via CSS edit. Footer is just a temporary fix until I have time to find correct CSS code.

I even tried other browsers in case it was some weird browser setting.

Thank you both for trying to help. I really do appreciate it. However, at this point, I think I’m just going to search for another theme.

I did change the footer code but that was just done last night.

Yes, I just activated another theme so you can see it.

Hmmm, no luck. I tried left, right and 3 columns.

Really like this theme but I’ll probably have to choose another one.

Unfortunately not. And I know they are set up correctly because, if I change the theme, everything shows the way I want it to.

Thanks also Sami Keijonen, I have played with all the visibility options. None make it work. I’m just using the visibility option that came with Jetpack.

That also didn’t do what I thought it would. Currently the links are white but turn blue on hover and when active. I would like them to stay white but turn gold on hover and when active.

This is what I have at the moment, however it works on hover but still shows blue on active. Any ideas?…

That was very helpful. It did change the content links but did not change the menu links.

So far, I have found NextScripts to work really well with posting by category. However, they charge a fee for the pro version which allows you to have multiples of the same social account.
