i have been searching for my own for a solution but it seems you cant without modifying the core

However a simple solution with CSS ( in my case less) should fix for the Bootstrap

Unfortunately still orders are not being marked as completed by the plugin, other methods works fine.
Please, just another time try to check on your end the plugin and the settings needed on the 2checkout page, as its a shame to not make it work.

The problem is that after you are being redirected from 2checkout you get a 404 error page on this url.. Im pretty sure that you need to enter something on 2checkout page, so please check again on your end.

Yes it is not redirecting correctly. On my 2checkout account page i have selected this option:
Direct Return – Given links back to my website

but after i finalize the sale it redirects to this page on my website
https://www.1kuti.com/wc-api/WC_2Checkout_Gateway_Lite/

and it gives a 404 error page.

Normally all the other 2checkout plugins that i have used before required that you input the
“Approved URL” and “Instant Notification Settings”

For example this WP plugin (blue area under 2checkout requirments)
